Role Overview: We are looking for an ambitious and driven Recruitment Consultant to join our growing team in Dubai. You'll be responsible for building relationships with clients and candidates, managing the end-to-end recruitment process, and contributing to the continued success and growth of Westlakes Recruit in the Middle East. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients across the Middle East. • Manage the full recruitment cycle: from taking job briefs to sourcing, screening, and presenting candidates. • Build and maintain a strong candidate network through direct sourcing, referrals, market mapping, and digital platforms. • Write compelling job adverts and promote opportunities through LinkedIn, job boards, and networking. • Support contract and permanent recruitment delivery across specialist sectors. • Negotiate terms of business and offers with clients and candidates. • Keep CRM and recruitment systems updated with accurate and timely data. • Stay informed on market trends, salary benchmarking, and competitor activity.
• Previous experience in recruitment (agency or in-house) • A strong communicator with excellent interpersonal skills. • Confident, resilient, and proactive with a passion for helping people. • Organised and able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively. • Interest or experience in construction, engineering, energy, or technical sectors is a plus. • Ambition to grow your career in a supportive and rewarding environment.
