Job Opportunity: Recruitment Administrator

Kerzner International, with stunning resorts across the globe and exciting expansion plans, is seeking a Recruitment Administrator to join the Human Resources team at One&Only Royal Mirage Hotel in Dubai.

In this role, you will manage the recruitment of top talent, develop potential relationships with recruitment partners and colleagues, and be responsible for retention and succession planning to position our resort as an employer of choice globally. Your focus will be on maintaining high-performance multicultural teams through effective retention strategies.

The successful candidate will report directly to the Assistant Recruitment Manager. You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in a luxury hospitality or five-star hotel environment, with a keen eye for detail, strong analytical skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to motivate others. Excellent communication skills in English, the ability to work under pressure, flexibility to work long hours, and experience with recruitment platforms or portals are essential.
