Job Description

Bhatia general contracting company LLC, a leading construction company in the UAE, is looking for a highly skilled & proactive Recruiting Manager to lead our end to end recruitment operations across India / Nepal and the UAE for both labor and staff categories.

This is a key position that demands deep industry knowledge, strong communication, and strategic planning in manpower sourcing.

Responsibilities:

· Responsible for recruiting blue-collar (labor) and white-collar (staff) positions across construction and MEP divisions.

· Build reliable pipelines through India-based agencies and UAE local networks.

· Conduct interviews, manage end-to-end recruitment cycles, and drive workforce planning.

· Ensure compliance with legal and visa regulations in both India and the UAE.

· Collaborate closely with project directors or managers and HR heads on manpower planning.

Desired Candidate Profile

· MBA in HR or equivalent qualification.

· Well experienced in manpower hiring, including bulk labor sourcing.

· Solid understanding of construction job categories and labor classifications.

· Strong network of manpower agencies in India and experience with UAE labor laws.

· Excellent communication, negotiation, and reporting skills.

· Travel to India/ Nepal as needed for recruitment campaigns.
