We are seeking for a passionate & highly dynamic Temporary Recruiter to support our fast-paced talent acquisition needs during our peak hiring season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment for multiple roles across our F&B, nightlife, daylife, & social gaming divisions.
  • Source, screen, and shortlist high-quality candidates through various platforms.
  • Organize and coordinate recruitment Open Days – including scheduling, logistics, communication, and on-site management.
  • Coordinate interviews, feedback, and offer processes efficiently.
  • Ensure a high-quality candidate experience aligned with the SHG brand.

Ideal Candidate:

  • Previous experience in recruitment, preferably within lifestyle hospitality, events, or high-volume hiring environments.
  • Strong organizational skills, with experience handling recruitment events such as Open Days or job fairs.
  • Confident, people-oriented, and proactive communicator.
  • Able to manage multiple roles and timelines in a fast-paced setting.
  • Available to join immediately and commit to a full-time 6-month contract.
