Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the entire recruitment process, including job postings, candidate sourcing, screening, interviews, and offer negotiations.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements.
  • Develop and execute effective recruiting strategies to attract top talent for various roles.
  • Utilize a variety of channels, including social media, job boards, networking events, and employee referrals, to source high-quality candidates.
  • Conduct thorough interviews and assessments to ensure candidates meet both the technical and cultural fit for the company.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
  • Manage relationships with recruitment agencies and other external partners.
  • Provide a positive candidate experience by ensuring clear communication and timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
  • Assist in onboarding new hires and ensuring a smooth transition into their roles.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Freshers and Junior Recruiters are welcome to apply.
  • For mid-to-senior Recruiters, we would be looking at a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, within a Recruitment Agency, preferably in Dubai or the UAE market.
  • Strong knowledge of recruitment strategies, tools, and best practices.
  • Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Fluency in English is required; Arabic or any second language is an advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience recruiting for a variety of roles across different industries.
  • Certification in Human Resources or Talent Acquisition (e.g., PHR, SHRM-CP).
  • Knowledge of UAE labor laws and regulations.
