Recruiter - Own Visa

We are seeking a highly experienced and proactive Recruiter to join and manage end-to-end hiring for roles within the Marine Offshore (Oil & Gas) sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong network in the industry, proven sourcing skills, and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

• Source and attract candidates through various platforms including Naukri, LinkedIn, and other relevant job boards
• Handle end-to-end recruitment processes including screening, shortlisting, scheduling, and coordination with hiring managers
• Maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs
• Collaborate closely with department heads to understand hiring requirements and define job descriptions
• Ensure timely closure of open positions while maintaining high-quality candidate experience
• Prepare and manage recruitment reports using MS Excel
• Stay updated with market trends and competitor hiring strategies within the Oil & Gas sector
• Build and maintain a strong network of professionals in the Marine Offshore industry

Requirements:

• 5 to 10+ years of recruitment experience in the Marine Offshore / Oil & Gas sector is mandatory
• Proven expertise in sourcing through Naukri and other professional platforms
• Strong organizational and coordination skills to manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Proficiency in MS Excel for tracking and reporting purposes
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Strong understanding of industry-specific roles and requirements

Salary : AED 8000 - 9000 per month
