Job description

We are seeking a Technical Recruiter for a 3-month temporary role (extendable) to support hiring needs in the Oil & Gas and IT industries. The recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for highly specialized roles. The ideal candidate must have experience in technical recruitment, strong market knowledge, and the ability to deliver under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for Oil & Gas and IT roles using job portals, networking, and headhunting.
  2. Manage end-to-end recruitment, including job postings, interviews, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
  3. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
  4. Maintain a strong pipeline of candidates for contractual and permanent positions.
  5. Conduct initial technical screenings and assess candidates' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
  6. Ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process while meeting deadlines.

Desired Candidate Profile:

  1. 2+ years of experience in technical recruitment, in Oil & Gas and IT industries (Mandatory)
  2. Strong knowledge of industry-specific roles, job markets, and hiring challenges.
  3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  4. Ability to work independently and deliver quality candidates within tight timelines.
  5. Experience with contract hiring and project-based recruitment is a plus.
  6. Immediate availability or short notice period preferred.
