Job description

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Recruiter to manage the end-to-end hiring process across multiple business units. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in talent sourcing, stakeholder management, and delivering top talent within agreed timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements.
  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting and sourcing to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Source candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and other innovative channels.
  • Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
  • Screen and assess candidates for cultural fit, skills, and experience.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, providing feedback to candidates and stakeholders.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
  • Maintain accurate recruitment data and reports for compliance and analysis.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • 6+ years of Proven experience as a Recruiter (in-house or agency) .
  • Experience Legal or Finance recruiting is a must.
  • Strong sourcing skills with experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions and priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
