Responsibilities:

  • Active search for personnel
  • Posting vacancies on job sites and social networks
  • Organization of interviews with department heads and HR Director
  • Maintaining a database of potential candidates
  • Providing feedback to candidates
  • Writing a report to the HR manager at the end of the month

Requirements:

  • Experience as a recruiter or HR manager for at least 1 year
  • Experience working with large volumes of information
  • Good communication skills, results-oriented
  • Understanding the basics of labor law in Dubai
  • Ability to conduct interviews
  • Knowledge of English and Russian languages (B2-C2)
