A leading HR consultancy in Dubai is seeking a passionate Recruiter for corporate hiring. This contract role involves managing end-to-end recruitment processes across various business units, requiring strong stakeholder management and sourcing skills. Ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of experience in recruitment and a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields.
We are looking to hire a Recruiter – Corporate Hiring who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate roles across multiple business units for our client based in Dubai — which is one of the largest and most established semi-government entities in the region.
This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.
The role sits within the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Recruitment.
We are looking for a passionate Recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills, well-versed in corporate hiring practices, and capable of managing high-volume, mid-to-senior level hiring assignments. You should also have experience in using sourcing platforms, conducting competency-based interviews, and managing the offer process.
