Job description

We are looking to hire a Recruiter – Corporate Hiring who will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment activities for corporate roles across multiple business units for our client based in Dubai — which is one of the largest and most established semi-government entities in the region.

This position is a contract role with an initial duration of 6 months and is renewable.

The role sits within the Human Resources & Talent Acquisition Department and reports directly to the Senior Manager – Recruitment.

We are looking for a passionate Recruiter with strong stakeholder management skills, well-versed in corporate hiring practices, and capable of managing high-volume, mid-to-senior level hiring assignments. You should also have experience in using sourcing platforms, conducting competency-based interviews, and managing the offer process.

Key responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment lifecycle from requisition briefing, sourcing, shortlisting, interviewing coordination, to offer management and onboarding coordination.
  • Partner with hiring managers and department heads to understand manpower requirements and recruitment priorities.
  • Proactively source candidates through job boards, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and networking events.
  • Screen, assess, and shortlist suitable candidates for various corporate roles.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews, liaising effectively between candidates and hiring managers.
  • Prepare and issue job offers in line with organizational policies and salary guidelines.
  • Provide timely updates and reports on recruitment activities to the Senior Manager – Recruitment.
  • Support employer branding initiatives and talent mapping projects as required.

Knowledge, skills & experience:

  • Minimum 1-2 years of recruitment experience, preferably within the UAE or GCC region.
  • Proven experience in corporate hiring (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, Commercial, or Operations positions).
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience in high-volume and fast-paced recruitment environments is highly desirable.
  • Knowledge of UAE labor market and recruitment compliance practices.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter or similar platforms.
