Job Overview:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and driven Recruiter with a minimum of 1 year of experience in recruitment. Ideal candidate would be someone who is passionate recruiter and will actively be a part of Emiratization initiatives and helping to shape the future of our workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source, identify, and engage with candidates for various positions across multiple industries.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients to understand their recruitment needs.
  • Utilize various recruitment channels and platforms to attract top Emirati talent.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidate suitability, and provide recommendations to clients.
  • Stay updated with Emiratization policies and industry trends to ensure compliance and best practices.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to streamline recruitment processes and enhance candidate experience.
  • Prepare and present recruitment reports and metrics to track progress and outcomes.
