Job description

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to join our team and play a key role in attracting and hiring top talent within the construction and engineering industry. The ideal candidate will have 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with a minimum of 3 years specialising in construction and engineering hiring.

This role requires a strong understanding of the construction sector, including market trends and key industry roles.

Proficiency in Arabic is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract high-quality construction professionals, including quantity surveyors, architects, HVAC technicians, and Civil Engineers.
  • Source, screen, and interview candidates to assess skills, experience, and cultural fit within the organisation.
  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline to meet current and future hiring needs.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and provide expert guidance on the talent acquisition process.
  • Utilize job boards, social media, and professional networks to identify and engage potential candidates.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay updated on industry hiring trends and salary benchmarks.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a seamless candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
  • Maintain and update recruitment databases and ATS (Applicant Tracking Systems) to track candidate progress.
Key Requirements
  • Experience: 5-8 years of recruitment experience, with at least 3 years in real estate hiring.
  • Industry Knowledge: Strong understanding of real estate roles, market trends, and hiring challenges.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic or a European language (other than English) is a strong advantage.
  • Networking Skills: Proven ability to build relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and industry professionals.
  • Tech-Savvy: Experience using ATS, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other sourcing tools.
  • Strong Communication: Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Proactive & Goal-Oriented: Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple roles, and meet hiring deadlines.
