Job Description
  1. Attend career fairs, open houses, and community events to attract top candidates.
  2. Review recruitment policies to ensure effective selection techniques and programs.
  3. Establish operational hiring metrics to measure recruitment efficiency and outcomes.
  4. Participate in special projects as assigned.
  5. Ensure compliance with laws related to recruiting and screening, including national preferences, background checks, and documentation.
  6. Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate logistics, assessments, reimbursements, and inquiries about payments.
  7. Request references and assess applicant suitability before submitting to departments.
  8. Conduct research, compile reports, and provide findings and recommendations.
  9. Develop sourcing plans using internal and external databases, referrals, and coordinate with employees for interview panels.
  10. Assist in developing effective recruiting strategies.
  11. Conduct training sessions on recruiting practices for departments.
  12. Design and implement consistent recruiting procedures.
  13. Motivate and guide the recruitment team through ongoing feedback and performance management.
  14. Supervise the Recruiting Services team to ensure excellent service across departments.
  15. Handle recruitment activities including posting vacancies, sourcing, shortlisting, assessing candidates, and issuing offers.
  16. Perform additional responsibilities as directed by the Line Manager or Head of Department.
