As a Recruiter, you will work with a team of recruiters, PMs, and recruiting coordinators, focusing on candidate talent search, placement, process improvement, and strategy development. You will act as the client lead for supported groups, fostering a collaborative team environment and a strong service-oriented culture that ensures the delivery of efficient, effective, quality-driven service to internal customers and meets SLAs.

You will successfully manage, prioritize, and close searches against a timeline, with experience in setting benchmarks, metrics, and understanding how to prioritize to meet all customer SLAs.

You thrive in an innovative, fast-paced environment, can roll up your sleeves, work hard, have fun, and get the job done.

You will draw on your extensive knowledge of Talent Acquisition and business functions, forging relationships with business leaders, hiring managers, and HR partners.

You are known for being exceptional at candidate generation, client management, and organization. You possess strong communication skills, can prioritize your time, demonstrate pushback and urgency, and understand the value of providing excellent customer service.

Key job responsibilities
  1. Partner with hiring teams to build effective sourcing, assessment, and closing strategies, managing expectations through a deep understanding of ROI.
  2. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive research and relationship management; conduct in-depth interviews, anticipating hiring manager preferences.
  3. Recommend recruitment strategies contributing to Amazon's long-term growth, implementing new processes, and refining standard practices.
  4. Articulate plans with clear deliverables, timelines, and tracking processes.
  5. Screen and prepare candidate slates within appropriate timelines.
  6. Participate in special projects, including assessment of best interviewing practices, leveraging internal talent sources, and identifying top performers for senior roles.
  7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver a pipeline of internal and external candidates.

Relevant work experience in Talent Acquisition, including in-house, agency, or search firm roles, with full lifecycle experience. Experience managing stakeholders, working in high-volume and niche hiring, and in fast-paced, ambiguous environments with minimal supervision.
