Key Responsibilities:

Talent Sourcing: Identify and engage with potential candidates using various platforms, including job boards, social media, networking, and referrals.
Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screenings to assess candidate qualifications, experience, and cultural fit.
Client Collaboration: Work closely with clients to understand their hiring needs, job requirements, and organizational culture.
Job Postings: Draft and post job advertisements to attract qualified candidates.
Pipeline Management: Maintain a robust pipeline of active and passive candidates for current and future roles.
Interview Coordination: Schedule and facilitate interviews between candidates and clients.
Offer Negotiation: Assist in the negotiation process between candidates and clients to ensure successful placements.
Reporting: Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment progress and key metrics to clients.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a recruiter (agency, in-house, or freelance).
Strong understanding of recruitment techniques and tools, including ATS systems.
Ability to source candidates using social media platforms like LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.
Familiarity with various industries and job functions is a plus.

Preferred Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience recruiting for specific industries such as IT, healthcare, transportation, etc.
Proficiency in using recruitment analytics and metrics to optimize hiring strategies.
