In this integral role, you will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process, helping to identify and secure top-tier talent for various positions within the organization. Ideal candidates thrive in a collaborative environment and possess a passion for connecting with people.

  • Talent Acquisition: Utilize diverse sourcing strategies to attract candidates through job boards, networking, social media, and referrals.
  • Candidate Evaluation: Conduct interviews and assessments to identify candidates’ skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Collaboration: Partner with hiring managers to define roles, understand requirements, and help shape job descriptions.
  • Offer Management: Present job offers and negotiate terms with selected candidates.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with candidates, maintaining engagement and a positive candidate experience.
  • Market Insight: Stay updated on industry trends and best recruitment practices to remain competitive in attracting talent.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • At least 3 years of experience in recruitment or related fields.
  • Proven success in filling multiple roles across various levels and functions.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to effectively articulate opportunities to candidates.
  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR software.
  • Self-motivated with great time-management skills.
