Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and result-driven Recruiter with 4–5 years of experience in a UAE-based recruitment consultancy. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in handling both blue-collar and white-collar roles across multiple industries. Experience in outsourcing and direct hiring is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage full-cycle recruitment for both white-collar (corporate/professional) and blue-collar (skilled/unskilled labor) roles.
- Handle client requirements for both direct placements and outsourcing/contract staffing.
- Source and screen candidates using multiple channels including job portals, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and networking.
- Conduct preliminary interviews and coordinate with clients for further rounds.
- Maintain strong client relationships by providing regular updates and meeting hiring deadlines.
- Prepare and present candidate profiles with detailed assessments to clients.
- Ensure proper documentation, maintain candidate and client databases, and track recruitment metrics.
- Stay updated on UAE labor laws, industry hiring trends, and competitive salary benchmarks.
- Successfully close positions within the agreed timelines while maintaining high-quality standards.
- Support in onboarding processes and post-placement follow-ups if required.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 4–5 years of proven recruitment experience within a UAE consultancy environment.
- Experience in hiring across various industries such as construction, FMCG, healthcare, logistics, retail, and more.
- Demonstrated success in closing high-volume and niche roles in both blue- and white-collar categories.
- Strong understanding of outsourcing (contract staffing) and direct hiring models.
- Familiarity with UAE labor law and visa processes.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment tools (ATS, job portals, LinkedIn).
