A leading company in Dubai is looking for a skilled HR Recruitment Specialist to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, maintain job advertisements, and coordinate onboarding activities. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 4 years of experience, with at least 2 years in local recruitment, ensuring efficient and effective hiring practices.

Job description

  • Manage end-to-end recruitment: job postings, sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
  • Maintain job advertisements on the company website and external job portals.
  • Develop and maintain partnerships with universities and recruitment agencies.
  • Maintain and regularly update the candidate database.

Assessment & Selection

  • Administer and manage pre-employment assessments.
  • Communicate application outcomes to candidates and conduct reference checks.
  • Support final selection processes in coordination with hiring managers.

Onboarding & Documentation

  • Prepare offer letters and assist in collecting necessary pre-employment documents.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities for new joiners and ensure a smooth joining experience.

HR Coordination & Support

  • Assist in maintaining up-to-date manpower plans and job descriptions.
  • Support internal employee movements such as transfers and promotions.
  • Share weekly recruitment updates with managers and relevant stakeholders.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 4 years of overall experience, preferably with at least 2 years of local experience in recruitment
