Multilingual Recruiter (In-house or Freelance)

Job Summary:

We are seeking anexperienced recruiter, either in-house orfreelance, with native-level fluencyin one of the following languages: English,Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French. These rolesrequire a recruiter with a strong background inhiring for electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors, and theability to manage full-cycle recruitment across international markets.Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate a proven ability tosource, engage, and hire top talent within a multicultural and multilingualcontext.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-endrecruitment process across assigned regions and language markets.
  • Collaborate with hiringmanagers to understand role requirements and create targeted jobdescriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates throughdiverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, andlanguage-specific platforms.
  • Conduct initial screeningsand interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities and culturalfit.
  • Ensure a professional andculturally aware candidate experience at every stage of the recruitmentprocess.
  • Facilitate interviewcoordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboardingsupport.
  • Maintain accurate records inthe applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on markettrends, local talent pools, and hiring practices relevant to your languageregion.
  • Collaborate with fellowrecruiters and hiring teams to share insights and streamline recruitmentprocesses.

Qualifications:

  • Native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English,Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French.
  • FluentEnglishcommunication skills (both written and verbal) are mandatory.
  • Proven recruitment experiencein electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors.
  • Experience recruiting acrossdiverse geographies and cultural contexts.
  • Strong sourcing skills usingmodern tools and techniques (e.g., Boolean search, niche job boards).
  • Highly organized withexcellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills.
  • Ability to workindependently, whether remotely or in-house, and manage multiple vacanciessimultaneously.
  • Experience with applicanttracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is preferred.
