Job description

The Recruiter is responsible for sourcing, screening, and selecting qualified candidates to fill open positions within the organization. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, relationship-building skills, and a deep understanding of recruitment best practices. The Recruiter collaborates with hiring managers and stakeholders to attract top talent and support the organization's growth and staffing needs.

Talent Sourcing and Acquisition:

  • Utilize various sourcing techniques (e.g., social media, networking, referrals) to identify and attract potential candidates.
  • Build and maintain a network of candidates through proactive outreach and engagement activities.
  • Develop innovative strategies to attract passive candidates and promote the organization as an employer of choice.

Candidate Screening and Assessment:

  • Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and assess candidates' qualifications and fit for specific roles.
  • Coordinate and facilitate interviews with hiring managers, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Evaluate candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit with the organization's values and team dynamics.

Recruitment Process Management:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job posting, candidate communication, interview scheduling, and offer negotiation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the recruitment tracker.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on recruitment metrics and progress to hiring managers and stakeholders.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Contribute to the development and execution of employer branding initiatives to enhance the organization's reputation and attract top talent.
  • Ensure positive and engaging candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Collect feedback from candidates and hiring managers to identify areas for improvement and enhance recruitment practices.

Compliance and Documentation:

  • Ensure compliance with legal and regulatory requirements related to recruitment and hiring processes.
  • Maintain accurate and confidential recruitment records, including job descriptions, interview notes, and candidate documentation.
