Role Overview:

As a Recruiter, you’ll be responsible for sourcing, screening, and presenting top talent across various functions. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, support end-to-end recruitment, and contribute to building a strong employer brand.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Source and attract candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking
  • Conduct initial screening calls and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: job postings, interviews, feedback, and offers
  • Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring needs
  • Ensure a great candidate experience throughout the process
  • Collaborate with the HR team on employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives
