We are seeking an experienced recruiter, either in-house or freelance, with native-level fluency in one of the following languages: English, Chinese, Russian, Arabic, Swahili, Spanish, or French. These roles require a recruiter with a strong background in hiring for electronics distribution and/or fintech sectors, and the ability to manage full-cycle recruitment across international markets. Candidates must also be fluent in English and demonstrate a proven ability to source, engage, and hire top talent within a multicultural and multilingual context.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process across assigned regions and language markets.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and create targeted job descriptions and sourcing strategies.
  • Source candidates through diverse channels, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and language-specific platforms.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates' technical capabilities and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a professional and culturally aware candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process.
  • Facilitate interview coordination, feedback collection, offer negotiations, and onboarding support.
  • Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system and recruitment reports.
  • Stay up-to-date on market trends, local talent pools, and hiring practices relevant to your language region.
  • Collaborate with fellow recruiters and hiring teams to share insights and streamline recruitment processes.

  • Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment CRM tools is preferred.
