About The Role

As a Talent Acquisition Manager, you will lead and execute hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent across product, marketing, operations and commercial functions. You’ll partner closely with department heads and leadership to build high-performing teams that drive innovation and scale in a fast-paced, regulated environment.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Develop and own the end-to-end talent acquisition strategy aligned with business goals and growth forecasts
  • Build and promote a compelling employer brand, especially in the fintech space
  • Manage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer negotiation
  • Work closely with hiring managers to define role requirements, success profiles, and interview processes

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years of end-to-end recruitment experience in POS or payments industry (candidates from other industries will not be considered)
  • Experience in UAE is a must (candidates without it will not be considered)
  • Proven success in hiring top talent
  • Deep knowledge of recruitment tools, sourcing platforms, and best practices in candidate experience
  • Ability to communicate with different types of stakeholders including senior management
  • Ability to learn fast and deliver results within tight deadlines
  • Experience in startup environment is a plus
  • Familiarity with AI tools is a plus
