Job description
Job Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates
Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and job requirements
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies through various channels (job boards, social media, referrals, etc.)
Maintain and update candidate records and recruitment metrics
Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring journey
Stay up-to-date on hiring trends and market insights to improve recruitment strategies
Desired Candidate Profile
Requirements:
Malaysian nationality
Proficiency in
both Chinese and English
(spoken and written)
Minimum
2 years of experience
in recruitment (agency or in-house)
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to manage multiple open roles and work in a fast-paced environment
Familiarity with recruitment tools and applicant tracking systems is an advantage
