Job Responsibilities
- Designing and uploading job descriptions on various job portals.
- Sourcing right candidates, conducting interviews both online & offline.
- Crafting recruiting emails to attract passive candidates, bulk emails through job portals.
- Scheduling online & in-person interviews with the hiring managers.
- Collaborating with managers to identify future hiring needs.
- Salary negotiations.
- Conducting reference checks.
- Employee orientation, development, and training.
- Providing guidance and interpretation for business operations.
- Participating in the development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and standard reports for ongoing company requirements.
- Preparing paperwork, scheduling, and facilitating a smooth new hire onboarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments.
- Policy development and documentation.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Minimum of 2 years experience in handling various job portals.
- Graduate.
