Location: Dubai Hills Estate, United Arab Emirates What We're Looking For: • Manage end-to-end recruitment for sales agents and backend roles (admin, marketing, operations, etc.) • Source candidates using job boards, LinkedIn, referrals, and social media. • Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess qualifications and fit. • Coordinate interviews with hiring managers / department heads and follow up on feedback. • Maintain accurate records in our recruitment pipeline. • Support hiring managers in final selection decisions and ensure a smooth handover from recruitment to onboarding. • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the process.
