The Recruiter will manage the full recruitment cycle, sourcing and hiring top talent for the organization while ensuring a positive candidate experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify hiring needs and develop job descriptions.
Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and networking.
Conduct interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations and onboarding processes.
Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
Build relationships with industry professionals and potential candidates.
Qualifications & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field.
3+ years of experience in recruitment, preferably in the UAE.
Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
