  4. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement effective recruitment strategies that align with organizational goals and workforce planning.
  5. Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, providing feedback and support throughout the hiring process to enhance their experience.
  6. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment to continuously improve processes and attract high-quality candidates.
Desired Candidate Profile
