Your key responsibilities

• Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain and update candidate databases and records.
• Support the HR team in onboarding processes and documentation.
• Participate in job fairs and recruitment events as needed.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

We would love to hear from people with

• Internship or project experience in HR or recruitment.
• Familiarity with job portals like LinkedIn, Bayt, Naukrigulf, etc.

Who You Are

• Fresh Graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, or any related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good organizational and time-management abilities.
• Willingness to learn and grow in the recruitment field.
• Basic knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Fluency in English; Arabic is a plus.
