Job Description

  • Identify and attract top talent for various roles in oil and gas construction projects, ensuring alignment with project requirements and company culture.
  • Conduct comprehensive interviews and assessments, focusing on technical skills and cultural fit for demanding environments.
  • Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand specific staffing needs and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize advanced sourcing techniques, including social media and niche job boards, to reach passive candidates in specialized fields.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, from job posting and candidate screening to offer negotiation and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor hiring practices to inform recruitment strategies and improve candidate engagement.
  • Create and maintain strong relationships with potential candidates, providing them with insights about the company and project opportunities.
  • Implement and uphold diversity and inclusion initiatives in recruitment processes to attract a broader talent pool.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and feedback to continuously improve the hiring process and candidate experience.
  • Participate in industry networking events and job fairs to promote the company and establish a presence in the oil and gas construction community.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field to demonstrate foundational knowledge.
  • At least 5 years of experience in recruitment, specifically within the oil and gas construction sector for industry-specific expertise.
  • Professional certifications such as SHRM-CP or CIPD to showcase commitment to the HR profession and best practices.
  • Familiarity with oil and gas construction regulations and safety standards to better understand candidate qualifications.
  • Fluency in English is essential, with additional language skills in Arabic being an add-on for diverse project locations.
