Job description

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Recruiter located in Abu Dhabi. The Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates, as well as coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. Day-to-day tasks include creating job postings, conducting initial candidate assessments, scheduling interviews, and maintaining candidate databases. The Recruiter will also be involved in employer branding, relationship management, and ensuring a positive candidate experience.
