Job Description

We are currently looking for dynamic, self-motivated female Recreation professionals who want to advance their careers.

As a Recreation Receptionist, your responsibilities include:

  • Oversee reservations, payments, and tracking procedures for the pool, beach, and recreation facilities.
  • Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere.
  • Issue and retrieve locker keys and towels.
  • Promote classes, activities, and services offered within the club.
  • Post charges in micros and ensure accurate accounting.
  • Assist Fitness Instructors in enforcing safety procedures and regulations.
  • Maintain cleanliness and order of locker facilities.
  • Keep the reception area tidy and well-stocked with materials.
  • Encourage sales with product knowledge of available facilities.
Skills, Education & Qualifications

Ideally, candidates should have a diploma or degree in hospitality with prior hotel experience. Good English communication skills and strong interpersonal abilities are essential. Computer skills are advantageous.

Knowledge & Competencies

The ideal candidate is customer-focused with excellent guest service skills and complaint handling abilities. A positive, friendly, and outgoing personality is preferred.
