Qualifications

• Experience in recreation/leisure management or similar role.
• Ability to manage a team and coordinate programs.
• Knowledge of fitness procedures and studio operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist Director of Leisure with the operation of the leisure club.
• Oversee memberships processing and club policies.
• Ensure club setup adheres to standards at all times.
• Supervise staff and ensure training adequacy.
• Maintain records of recreation items (towels, equipment, etc.).
• Organize regular fitness activities and events for members.
• Develop safe and effective fitness procedures and programs.
• Coordinate aerobics/exercise programs and studio usage to maximize revenue.
