Job summary

HUMAN-AI-Z Nexus Technology in Dubai seeks a friendly Pool & Recreation Attendant to welcome guests, register their use of pool and fitness facilities, and maintain accurate recreation records.

You will keep pool, fitness, and recreation areas clean and safe, set up furniture and towels, monitor supplies, respond to guest requests, and coordinate with Housekeeping and Spa teams to ensure a smooth, high‑quality guest experience.

Qualifications

• Previous guest relations experience in 5 star hospitality or health club industry.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Responsibilities

• Welcome and assist guests using the pool and fitness facilities.
• Register guests and maintain accurate recreation records.
• Ensure pool, fitness, and recreation areas are clean, safe, and well maintained.
• Set up pool furniture, cabanas, towels, and other guest amenities.
• Monitor supplies and equipment and report maintenance or housekeeping requirements.
• Respond promptly and professionally to guest requests, feedback, and concerns.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping, Laundry, and other departments to ensure smooth operations.
• Promote hotel facilities and services to enhance the guest experience.
• Perform opening, closing, and other duties as assigned by the Spa & Recreation team.
