Role: Recognition Partnership Engagement Specialist - Acquisitions

As Recognition Partnership Engagement Specialist - Acquisitions, you will drive the implementation of the recognition and partnership strategy and operational delivery of employee recognition and partnership programmes, fostering a culture of appreciation and engagement. You will align initiatives with the Emirates Group mission, vision, and values, while collaborating with key stakeholders to design, implement, and enhance programs that inspire, motivate, and retain top talent.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Proactively identify and secure new strategic partners that align with the organisation's recognition and engagement goals, driving business growth and value for our members.
  2. Lead the onboarding process ensuring seamless integration and alignment with programme objectives.
  3. Develop and manage engagement plans to ensure smooth integration and long-term value from partnerships.
  4. Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders, HR Business Partners, and external partners/vendors to enhance programme effectiveness.
Qualifications:

To be considered for the role, you must meet the following requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent and at least five years of experience in HR, ideally managing employee-related and/or reward and recognition programmes.
  • Strong understanding of employee and partnership engagement strategies and best practices.
Preferred Skills:
  • Proven track record in designing and implementing employee recognition programs.
  • Familiarity with recognition platforms and tools.
  • Proficiency in project management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence senior stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical skills with advanced proficiency in MS Excel and familiarity with dashboards.
