Job Summary:

The Receptionist manages front desk operations, greets visitors, handles phone calls, and provides administrative support to ensure a professional office environment.

Responsibilities include:

  • Front Desk Management: Greet and assist visitors, creating a welcoming environment.
  • Call Handling: Answer, screen, and direct calls professionally.
  • Administrative Support: Support mailing, scanning, copying, and filing.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Manage meeting room bookings and schedules.
  • Customer Service: Address inquiries and assist guests and staff with information.
  • Office Coordination: Collaborate with departments on office tasks.
  • Security & Compliance: Maintain visitor logs and follow security protocols.
  • Additional Support: Assist with vehicle parking, cleaning, moving cars, and ad-hoc errands.

Successful candidates should have strong communication skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, and efficient front desk management abilities.

Qualifications and skills required:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (office administration diploma is a plus)
  • 1-2 years of experience in a receptionist or front office role
