Job description

To manage the reception efficiently, attend to guests and telephone calls in a professional manner befitting the corporate image of the Group, and provide the necessary administrative support as required by the Showroom Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Efficient and courteous handling of telephone calls, providing necessary information/guidance to callers, and transferring calls to relevant personnel.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area, adhering to housekeeping standards to represent an appropriate corporate image.
  3. Ensure all equipment and furniture are in proper working condition and properly maintained.
  4. Assist the Sales team in preparing MIS reports as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • High School Certificate or equivalent.
  • Good knowledge of computer software such as MS Office.
  • Proficient communication skills in both Arabic and English.
  • Course in telephone handling skills is an advantage.
  • Experience in a multicultural environment is preferred.
