Wood in the UAE is seeking a receptionist to join its UAE Business Unit in Sharjah. This full-time, onsite role offers the opportunity to work with one of the world's largest engineering companies and to be involved in world-class projects.

As part of the Emiratization initiative, you will support front-desk activities, welcome visitors, manage basic clerical tasks, and help keep the office running smoothly in Sharjah alongside a diverse, international team.

Qualifications

• Minimum qualification: Higher Secondary School Certificate (Grade 12) or any bachelor's degree.
• 0-12 months of experience

Wood has been awarded a general engineering contract to support an International Client operator to deliver a portfolio of onshore capital projects by provision of engineering and project management services (including EPC contract management), as well as Supply Chain, Construction and Commissioning support from Wood Iraq and UAE offices.

Projects include both Greenfield and Brownfield modification projects and integrating low-carbon solutions to support our client’s energy transition and emissions reduction goals.
