Job description

To manage the Reception efficiently, attend to guests and telephone calls in a professional manner befitting the corporate image of the Group, and provide the necessary administrative support as required by the Showroom Manager.

Roles and Responsibilities

  1. Handle telephone calls efficiently and courteously, provide necessary information/guidance to callers, and transfer calls to relevant personnel.
  2. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the reception area, adhering to housekeeping standards to represent an appropriate corporate image.
  3. Ensure all equipment and furniture are in proper working condition and well-maintained.
  4. Assist the Sales team in preparing MIS reports as per business requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

Education/Experience: High School Certificate; good knowledge of computer software such as MS Office.

Proficiency in both Arabic and English communication.

Course in telephone handling skills is an advantage; exposure to a multicultural environment is preferred.
