Responsibilities
  • Greet patients and visitors warmly as they enter the healthcare facility.
  • Manage and maintain the front desk area, ensuring it is tidy and organized.
  • Schedule and confirm patient appointments, coordinating with healthcare providers.
  • Answer incoming calls and provide accurate information or direct calls appropriately.
  • Register new patients and update existing patient information in the system.

Requirements
