- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and room bookings, optimizing the use of resources and time.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, ensuring timely distribution and adherence to security protocols.
- Maintain an organized front office environment, including managing office supplies and ensuring cleanliness and orderliness.
- Act as a point of contact for inquiries, providing accurate information and assistance while maintaining confidentiality.
- Utilize office software and technology to manage records, data entry, and reporting tasks, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
