We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist to be the face of our company and play an integral role in delivering exceptional customer service. Location: Saadiyat Island, Abu Dhabi

Key Responsibilities:

  • Reception Duties: Greet and assist visitors, clients, and tenants, ensuring a welcoming and professional experience.
  • Phone Management: Answer incoming calls, provide property information, schedule viewings, and direct inquiries to the relevant department.
  • Client Coordination: Schedule appointments, meetings, and property viewings for clients, agents, and management teams.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with general office tasks, including filing, handling correspondence, and processing real estate transaction paperwork.
  • Real Estate Knowledge: Provide clients with basic property details, rental/purchase processes, and company services.
  • Database Management: Maintain up-to-date client and property records in an organized system.
  • Team Support: Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and property management teams to ensure smooth operations and outstanding customer service.

Requirements:

  • Real Estate Experience: Prior experience in real estate is preferred but not required.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Fluent in English with excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: Professional, friendly demeanor with a passion for delivering top-notch customer service.
  • Organizational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
