Job description

We are looking for a friendly and welcoming Receptionist / Front Desk to join our growing company.

Your responsibilities will include:

  1. Greeting clients and visitors and determining their reason for visit.
  2. Answering phones and emails.
  3. Entering information into our database.
  4. Organizing files and making copies.
  5. Monitoring office supplies inventory and reordering as needed.

We prefer candidates with some experience in an administrative role, but we are willing to train the right person.
