This role is essential in providing a welcoming environment and offering exceptional customer service to our clients. As the first point of contact you will assist in promoting a holistic approach to health and wellness.

Responsibilities
  • Greet and assist clients upon arrival with warmth and professionalism
  • Manage incoming phone calls schedule appointments and maintain the wellness centers calendar
  • Provide clients with information about wellness programs services and treatments available
  • Assist with the check-in process ensuring all necessary forms are completed and records are updated
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area and waiting room
  • Handle billing inquiries process payments and assist with insurance verification when required
  • Work collaboratively with the wellness team to ensure a seamless client experience
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve any concerns in a timely and courteous manner

Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Receptionist in a wellness center or similar environment in the UAE
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent customer service skills with a proactive approach
  • Experience with appointment scheduling and managing calendars
  • Familiarity with electronic medical records and office software
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
  • Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced setting
  • Professional appearance and friendly demeanor
  • Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage
