Job description

· Directs customers to the correct department, notifies the appropriate person that a customer is waiting, and assists the customer to a service advisor.

Responsibilities:
  1. Answer incoming phone calls, direct callers to appropriate departments or individuals, or take thorough messages.
  2. Communicate with callers and visitors professionally and efficiently.
  3. Obtain basic demographic information about each customer using CRM.
  4. Enter data into a prospect tracking system and generate reports for the Reception Manager.
  5. Work cooperatively with Service Advisors.
  6. Assist in scheduling customers and confirming Service Advisors’ appointments.
  7. Promptly communicate messages to the appropriate parties.
  8. Receive and distribute mail, documents, packages, and courier deliveries.
  9. Assign each customer a token number and direct them to the appropriate Service Advisor based on availability and workload, ensuring fair distribution of service requests.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Strong customer service orientation with the ability to resolve issues and handle difficult situations gracefully.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
