Job Description

Your passion and energy will shine as you welcome our guests and support them through their check-in and check-out procedures. Your natural, down-to-earth manner will help manage guest expectations in a fast-paced environment. With a keen eye for detail, you will ensure all procedures are followed meticulously. Managing payments will be second nature, and you will have excellent data entry skills to support accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include
  • Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and suppliers, answer telephone calls, providing a warm, timely welcome in line with our brand standards.
  • Answer guest-related queries and provide information on promotions, room prices, activities, and events in the surrounding area to ensure accurate information is given to guests.
  • Ensure payments are processed according to cash handling procedures and manage reservations and cancellations efficiently.
  • Identify corporate leads and build long-term relationships.
  • Promote online presence and encourage customer feedback.
  • Understand online guest feedback and explore options for improvement.
  • Carry out general office duties, including correspondence, emails, and filing, to ensure the smooth operation of the reception area. Maintain stock of supplies and stationeries.
  • Communicate effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints for smooth service delivery.
  • Ensure guest safety in line with safety procedures and guidelines.

You Must Have / Be
  • Minimum of one year experience as a Hotel Receptionist in the Front Office department
  • Knowledge of Opera PMS
  • Arabic language skills (speaking, reading, and writing)
