Qualifications

  • Fluency in Arabic (speaking, reading, and writing).

  • Providing information on promotions, room rates, and local activities.
  • Handling payments and managing reservations.
  • Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships.

Job Description

Your passion and energy will be key as you welcome guests and assist with check-in and check-out procedures. Your approachable manner will help manage guest expectations in a busy environment. Attention to detail is crucial, especially in managing procedures and payments. Strong data entry skills are necessary for accurate reporting.

Main Responsibilities Include

  1. Greeting and welcoming guests, visitors, and suppliers, and answering calls in line with our brand standards.
  2. Providing information on promotions, room rates, and local activities.
  3. Handling payments according to cash handling procedures and managing reservations and cancellations.
  4. Identifying corporate leads and building long-term relationships.
  5. Encouraging online reviews and feedback, and exploring ways to improve based on guest feedback.
  6. Carrying out general office duties such as correspondence, emails, and filing.
  7. Maintaining stock of supplies and stationeries.
  8. Communicating effectively with all departments regarding guest requests and complaints.
  9. Ensuring guest safety in accordance with safety procedures and guidelines.
