At Arla Foods MENA Regional Office we are a group of 70 colleagues working on creating the future of dairy, together. We are looking for an outgoing receptionist to join our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
Globally we are more than 19,000 employees and we all work together to bring high quality nutritional dairy products like Puck, Lurpak and Starbucks to be enjoyed by millions.
The role as receptionist at Arla MENA Regional Office
You will be the first person that employees and external visitors meet when they arrive at our office. Here you greet everybody in a positive way and make sure the day or the visit starts in a great way.
During the day you will manage daily admin, light accounting, manage travel booking, receipts, DHL shipping, maintenance, and cleaning coordination with external providers, and support on activities, social gatherings, and events at the office.
You will be part of a small team that focuses on creating the best place to work for all colleagues at Arla MENA Regional Office.
Key Requirements For The Role
We are looking for someone who has experience in a similar role and is skilled in Microsoft Office applications, confident in navigating online platforms and systems, and most importantly, you like to connect with new people and various kinds of stakeholders. You ensure quality in your work and are able to work with both repetitive workflows as well as handle and prioritize ad hoc tasks when necessary.
Most importantly, you bring joy and laughter to the office.
Working hours are Monday-Friday from 9.00-17.00 at our office in Dubai Silicon Oasis.
