  • Prepare and maintain accurate records, files, and documents, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
  • Draft, format, and proofread correspondence and reports, demonstrating exceptional attention to detail.
  • Assist in the organization of office events, meetings, and travel arrangements, contributing to a smooth workflow.
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mail, including package deliveries and courier services, with promptness.
  • Support the finance department with basic bookkeeping tasks, such as invoicing and expense tracking.
  • Collaborate with team members across departments, fostering a cooperative and efficient work environment.
