Job Description
- Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
- Handle all cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts, while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
- Manage the appointment scheduling system, coordinating bookings and ensuring optimal use of resources.
- Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing knowledgeable assistance and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professional image and is stocked with necessary materials.
- Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records to support overall operations.
- Monitor and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring all transactions match and discrepancies are reported.
- Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes for a more efficient workflow.
- Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service standards.
- Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and promote offerings effectively.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in customer service or finance are a plus.
- At least 2 years of experience in a receptionist or cashier role, preferably in a retail or hospitality environment.
- Proficiency in cash handling and financial transactions, with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; knowledge of a second language is highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills, including experience with point-of-sale systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a calm and professional demeanor.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on problem-solving and conflict resolution.
- Friendly, approachable, and personable, able to build rapport with clients quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift light to moderate objects, such as boxes or supplies.
