Job Description

  • Greet and welcome customers with a warm and professional demeanor, ensuring a positive first impression.
  • Handle all cash transactions efficiently, including processing payments and issuing receipts, while maintaining accuracy in cash handling.
  • Manage the appointment scheduling system, coordinating bookings and ensuring optimal use of resources.
  • Respond to customer inquiries in person and over the phone, providing knowledgeable assistance and resolving issues promptly.
  • Maintain a well-organized reception area, ensuring it reflects the company's professional image and is stocked with necessary materials.
  • Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining customer records to support overall operations.
  • Monitor and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of shifts, ensuring all transactions match and discrepancies are reported.
  • Collaborate with other team members to enhance customer service and streamline processes for a more efficient workflow.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures regarding cash handling and customer service standards.
  • Stay updated on company products and services to provide accurate information and promote offerings effectively.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • Minimum of a high school diploma; additional certifications in customer service or finance are a plus.
